Who's behind Pavico

Planning as the product, not an afterthought

Most travel sites hand you a list of options and leave the planning to you. Pavico does the planning first, then hands you a trip.

Pavico started from a simple frustration: booking a flight, a hotel and a cab separately doesn't add up to a good trip. The routes don't connect, the pacing is wrong, and by the time you've stitched it together yourself, half the point of a holiday is gone.

So we build the itinerary first — where you go, in what order, and how many nights each place actually deserves — and only then attach the bookings to it. That's the whole idea behind "We plan, you experience."

What we do today

Right now, Pavico's packages are live: nine curated circuits across the Himalaya, coastal India, heritage cities and wildlife reserves, each planned day by day and bookable through a planner.

What's coming next

  • Flight search and booking, integrated directly into your itinerary
  • Hotel and stay booking, using the same properties our packages already run through
  • Train booking with live availability and PNR tracking
  • More regions and package styles as the catalogue grows

Where we're based

Pavico is run out of Pune, Maharashtra, and plans trips across India.

Why Pavico

Three things we won't compromise on

A human plans every trip

No auto-generated itineraries. Every package is built and tested by someone who has actually worked out the route.

Pace over ticking boxes

Fewer stops, done properly, beats a checklist itinerary that leaves you exhausted.

One point of contact

A single planner sees your trip through, instead of separate teams for flights, hotels and everything in between.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can I book flights or hotels on Pavico right now?

Not directly yet — that's rolling out soon. Until then, a planner can still arrange flights, hotels and trains manually as part of any package.

Can a package be customised?

Yes. Every package on the site is a starting point. Tell us what you'd change — pace, region, budget, number of nights — and a planner will rebuild the route.

How quickly will I hear back after an enquiry?

Typically within 24 hours on working days.

Do you plan trips outside India?

Our current catalogue is India-focused. International packages are on the roadmap — get in touch and we'll let you know when they're ready.
